Some recent accounting projects we have assisted in:

  • Monthly Book Keeping and Reporting

  • Assisting in month end close responsibilities such as updating Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Roll forwards, and updating monthly accrual calculations and entry preparation.

  • Preparing Consolidated Financial Statements including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity.

  • Preparing footnotes for the financial statements and updating schedules, Subsequent events, and Related Party Transactions.

  • Managed and completed a full month end close including updating monthly general ledger entries and all close processes for domestic entities and foreign entities.

  • Reconciled and analyze financial statements for domestic and foreign subsidiary, including inter-company balances and foreign exchange gains/losses.

  • Reviewed and cleared out unearned Revenue Liability account for proper revenue recognition as of the reporting.

  • Counted, Tagged, and reported fixed Asset count on all company Property Plant and Equipment.

  • Fulfilled all audit PBC requests and maintained the point of contact for the audit time, saving the client time.

  • Reviewed legal contracts for obligation compliance and proper accounting treatment.

  • Compiled and prepared monthly consolidated financial statements, prepared monthly operating and financial analysis reports, quarterly financial statements flux explanations, and business review packages.
